Yes. They have scheduled events today. You will have to purchase tickets. Goggle there website and calendar.
Shows on millennium stage are free , but all other shows on other stages need tickets.
You can bring a factory sealed water bottle up to 20oz into the theaters. If you want to bring something else to drink into the theater you must have one of their "adult sippy cups", commemorative cup with a lid. Ask one of the docents if you're not sure.

As far as I know, besides concessions offered at several stations in the lobbies near various theatres, there is the KC Cafe on the terrace level. The more formal dining is in the Terrace Restaurant, which opens at 5pm.
